I founded Leap Career Coaching in 2018 to help people progress or pivot in their careers with confidence, find work they love, and unlock their full potential. I work with clients 1:1, deliver group coaching and workshops, and partner with organisations and teams to develop their people.

Most of us spend our lives “falling” into a particular career and think that we must continue on that career path as we only have experience in that field. I believe that we go about “job hunting” in reverse, we try and fit ourselves into a role as opposed to finding a role that fits us.
